The products we offer on our website, due to the start-up period of our company, we can usually deliver within 40 working days after receipt of payment. We will improve this soon. If the delivery of products will take longer than 40 working days, we will contact you.

For shipments we use the services of Post NL and De Fietskoerier Utrecht.

Shipping costs
Within the Netherlands: € 4.50 per 1 bundle (book with games and backpack) and to 1 address in the Netherlands including track and trace.

For abroad:
To Region 1: Belgium, Denmark (excl. Faroe Islands and Greenland), Germany, France, (incl. Corsica and Monaco), Italy, Luxembourg, Austria, Spain (incl. Balearic Islands) United Kingdom and Sweden the shipping costs are € 13, 00 euros per 1 to 3 bundles (book with games and backpack) it is inclusive track and trace.
To Region 2: Albania, Bosnia, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Canary Islands, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Finland, Greece, Greenland, Hungary, Ireland, Kazakhstan, Kosovo, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Malta, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovenia, Slovakia, Czech Republic and Switzerland the shipping costs are € 20.00 euros per 1 to 3 bundles (book with games and backpack) including track and trace.
To all countries not mentioned above, the shipping costs are € 30 euros up to and including 3 bundles
